The National Office of this Association has read the book PERMISSION TO KILL by Brian Wizard and believes it to be a valuable contribution to the understanding of soldiers experience during the Vietnam war.

The Association believes that the sequel planned by Brian BACK IN THE WORLD, a book about soldiers readjusting to their post-Vietnam world after the intense experience of war, should be written.
